How to Convert Images to PDF Online (JPG, PNG, WebP and More)
When your pictures are a mix of phone photos, screenshots and web graphics, you want one converter that takes them all. Here is how the batch is handled, how to control the order and how to keep the PDF a usable size.

One batch, any mix of image types
The difference between this page and the single-format converters is the file picker. Image to PDF accepts any image your browser can open, so a folder with phone JPGs, a few PNG screenshots and a WebP logo can go in together. Each file becomes its own page, in the order of the list.
- Drop the images onto the box labelled Drop images here, or click it and select them.
- Drag the rows into the order you want. The top row is page 1.
- Choose Page size and Orientation.

If a file type in your batch is one that your browser itself cannot display, the conversion stops with "Something went wrong. Please try again." Remove that file or convert it first. For WebP in particular, WebP to JPG and WebP to PNG are quick ways to normalise a batch.
Getting the order right before you convert
Sorting after the fact means rebuilding the PDF or dragging thumbnails around in another tool, so a minute of planning pays off. Three habits help with larger batches:
- Name files so they sort naturally. Use
01-front.jpg,02-back.jpgand so on, then add them and check the list. Two-digit numbers sort correctly where "2" and "10" would not. - Check the top and bottom rows. Mistakes usually show up at the start and end of a list, where the first and last pages live.
- Drag one row at a time. The list uses drag and drop, which works best with a mouse. On a phone, reorder on a computer if the rows will not move.
Pick the page size by purpose
A PDF of mixed images is only as tidy as its page size setting.
- An application or a form upload. Fit image to A4 with Auto orientation. Every page has the same size, and a landscape image gets a landscape page.
- A portfolio or a photo handout. Fill A4 (crop edges) gives full pages, at the cost of trimming the edges of pictures that are not A4-shaped.
- A set of screenshots to read on screen. Use image dimensions keeps every pixel, but the pages differ in size and are not made for printing.
A worked example: a six-file application pack
Say a form wants identity proof, address proof and a signed page in one PDF, and you have a JPG photo of the ID, a PNG screenshot of an online statement, a WebP downloaded from a portal and three phone photos of signed paper pages. Rename them 01 to 06, add them in one go, and leave Page size on Fit image to A4 with Orientation on Auto. Six pages come out at A4 size, each picture scaled to fit without distortion.
Open the PDF afterwards and check two things: that the phone photos are not on their side, and that the file size is within the portal's limit. If one page is turned, fix it with Rotate PDF, and if the file is too big, go back and shrink the heaviest images. Doing this in the right order avoids uploading a PDF that gets rejected.
Where the work happens
The images are read and assembled in your own browser tab, so they are not sent to a server to be converted. The page does load the pdf-lib library from the cdnjs network when it opens, which is code, not your files. If you are on a shared computer, remember that the finished PDF lands in your downloads folder and delete it when you are done.
Keeping the combined file small enough
The PDF is roughly the sum of its parts, so ten images of 3 MB each lead to a PDF near 30 MB. If a limit applies, shrink the biggest pictures before you convert with Resize Image or Compress JPG, and compress the final file with Compress PDF if needed.
