Cookie Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This Cookie Policy explains which cookies and similar technologies lovepdfimg.com uses and how you can control them. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by websites you visit. Similar technologies, such as your browser's local storage, can also remember information between visits.
2. What we use
- Essential storage - always on. When you make a choice in our cookie banner, we save that choice in your browser's local storage (key:
lpi_consent) so we can respect it on later visits. It contains your choice and a timestamp, not personal details. It stays until you clear your site data or change your choice. - Analytics - only if you allow it. If you accept, we load Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager. Google may set cookies such as
_gaand_ga_*to distinguish visitors and sessions and to measure page and tool usage. These are set by us on lovepdfimg.com but the data is processed by Google. We do not send your files, file contents, file names or passwords to analytics. - Advertising - not used. LovePDFImg does not currently serve ads or use advertising cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy first and ask for your consent where required.
The tools themselves do not use cookies to process your files; files are handled in your browser and are not uploaded.
3. Your choices
When you first visit, a banner lets you Accept all, Reject non-essential cookies, or Manage choices. Until you allow analytics, the Google Analytics and Tag Manager scripts are not loaded at all.
You can change your mind at any time: open Cookie Settings in the footer of any page and choose again. If you withdraw analytics consent, we stop loading the Google scripts on later visits, switch Google's consent signals to "denied", and try to remove the analytics cookies we set. Your browser settings can also block or delete cookies; doing so may mean your cookie choice is not remembered, and you will be asked again.
If JavaScript is disabled in your browser, the analytics scripts cannot run, and the Cookie Settings control will not open.
4. Third parties
Google LLC and its affiliates process analytics data if you allow it; see How Google uses cookies and Google's Privacy Policy. You can also use Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Pages also load libraries from Cloudflare's cdnjs and jsDelivr, and fonts from Google Fonts. These providers can see your IP address when your browser fetches those files (see the Privacy Policy).
5. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if our use of cookies changes, for example if we add advertising. Changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date.
